131.05 RESIDENCY OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 737.01, Council hereby waives the requirement that the Director of Public Safety be a resident of the City within six months after appointment provided that he resides within a twenty mile radius of the City so that in the event of an emergency, he is able to report to duty within a reasonable time frame.
