(a) There is hereby created the position of Administrative Assistant within the Department of Public Safety.
(b) This position shall be a full-time Non-Uniformed Employees Organization (NUEO) classified service position, with benefits as stated in the NUEO contract.
(c) This position shall be paid from the various accounts of the Department of Public Safety.
