In consideration of such increased demands as might be made upon the office of the Law Director of the City by reason of compliance with the Rules of Superintendence of the Ohio Supreme Court, requirements of the various law enforcement agencies of the jurisdiction, the necessity for appearances in the Court of Common Pleas or Courts of Appeals, the increased demands of the Municipal Court and the various agencies of the City or any additional requirements incumbent upon the Law Director, the Law Director shall be paid compensation in addition to his regular compensation.
