121.04 HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR.

(a) There is hereby created the position of Human Resource Director within the Department of the Mayor to handle such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Mayor.

(b) The position of Human Resource Director shall be a non-union, unclassified, position and shall be paid from various personal services accounts.
