When cluster mailbox units are required by the U.S.P.S., said units shall be located outside the public right-of-way and appropriately distributed throughout the development. An appropriate amount of off-street parking spaces shall be provided to ensure proper traffic circulation throughout the development. All cluster mailbox units and associated off-street parking areas shall be privately maintained. Final unit, parking locations and number of off-street parking spaces shall be determined at the subdivision Preliminary Plan state for developments in the LDR and MDR and the Site Plan Design stage for parcels in all other zoning districts.
