Every residential subdivision that contains ten (10) or more one (1) or two (2) unit lots may have one model home. A Zoning Permit shall be obtained prior to the construction of the model home. The garage for the model home may be converted to a sales office. Prior to the sale of the last lot within the subdivision, the sales office must be converted back to a typical garage. A minimum of four (4) parking spaces shall be provided on site or on the street.
