The creation of new parcels under any planned unit development shall be subject to the subdivision requirements of this Ordinance. To reduce the length of the review and approval process, a preliminary subdivision plat can be submitted simultaneously with the Development Plan for rezoning to the PUD District. A final subdivision plat cannot be submitted for review until an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance has been approved by City Council and such amendment has become effective. (Ord. 02-13-2023.
