(a) The developer is required to meet with the Zoning Inspector, Director of Public Service and Planning and Zoning Commission prior to the submission of the preliminary development plan. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss early and informally the purposes of this section and the criteria and standards contained herein, and to familiarize the developer with the planned unit development process, other provisions of this Code, and the drainage, sewer, and water systems within the City.
(b) Prior to this meeting, the Owner/Developer shall provide a Sketch Plan of the property, clearly designating the significant environmental resources on the site, how these resources will be preserved, the portions of the site to be developed and the overall densities of those areas.
