The regulations adopted by this Ordinance shall apply to all buildings, structures, uses and lands owned or controlled by any individual, organization, political subdivision, district, taxing unit or bond issuing authority located within the corporate limits of the City of Circleville and any additional lands where the City may have future zoning jurisdiction. No building, structure or land shall hereafter be used or occupied, and no building or structure or part thereof be erected, reconstructed, moved or altered except for in conformity with all of the regulations herein specified for the zone or district in which it is located.
