Upon presentation of proper credentials any Code Official, or his duly authorized representatives, may enter at reasonable times any building, structure or premises in the jurisdiction to perform any duty imposed upon him by this chapter. If requested entry is refused or is otherwise unobtainable, a search warrant may be obtained with the aid of the Circleville Police Department before such entry or inspection is made.
