921.12 CITY PARKS EXEMPT FROM WATER AND SEWER USAGE FEES.

The Department of Public Utilities is hereby authorized and directed to exempt from water and sewer usage fees and to provide free of charge all water and sewer services to any parks owned and operated by the City and utilized for public purposes from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020. (Ord. 03-11-19. Passed 3-19-19.)
