(a) It shall be prima facie lawful for the operator of a vehicle, motor or otherwise, to operate such vehicle upon all streets, drives and roadways within any parks of the City at a speed not exceeding fifteen miles per hour.
(b) The Director of Public Safety or his designee is hereby authorized and directed to erect signs at appropriate and suitable locations within all City parks limiting the speed of vehicles to not more than fifteen miles per hour.
(c) Any person violating the speed limit provisions of this section shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Section 333.03(j).
