1509.03 APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION.

   Any agency or facility requiring a specific exemption shall make a written application to the Director of Public Safety, with a copy to the Chief of the Fire Department, setting forth the following:

   (a)   The specific exemption sought;

   (b)   Justification of the need; and

   (c)   Additional safety precautions to be implemented in view of the specific exemption sought.
