1509.02 CONFORMITY WITH STATE AND LOCAL LAW REQUIRED.

The installation, storage and use of bulk liquefied petroleum gas shall be in conformity with the laws of the State and ordinances of the City except that the agencies and facilities referred to in Section 1509.01 may be exempted from such provisions as would prevent their use of such fuel.
