1505.02 OBSTRUCTIONS.

No person shall place or construct any trees, shrubbery, posts, poles, fence or any type of obstruction within five feet of a fire hydrant, and no person shall allow any trees, shrubbery, posts, poles, fence or any type of obstruction to remain within five feet of a fire hydrant.
