The Safety Director is hereby authorized to issue rules and regulations to establish certain streets or parts of streets and alleys or parts of alleys as fire lanes for the use or movement of emergency equipment within the City. On such street or alley, no person shall be permitted to park any vehicle or leave standing any vehicle, when posted with "Fire Lane" or "No Parking" signs.
