The Ohio Fire Code as adopted erein is hereby changed in the following respects:
Section F-304.0 Accumulations (Amended).
Add the following to the end of accumulations of waste Section F-304.1 General: The Department of Public Safety, Fire Department, shall issue orders to any offender of the foregoing provisions. The offender shall comply with the orders issued herein within ten days of the receipt thereof.
