Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, with each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted, constituting a separate offense. The penalty herein shall be consistent with that stated in Chapter I, Section 106.3 of the CABO Drawing Code for one and two family dwellings as adopted by the City.
