To insure complete demolition, the disposal of all materials, backfill and grading of any holes and regulation of the site to allow proper drainage, a demolition or inspection permit fee shall be assessed. This demolition inspection permit shall be limited to sixty days and be assessed at the rate set forth in Section 1319.19.
