As used in this chapter, demolition material means material from construction or demolition operations, which are those items affixed to the structure being constructed or demolished such as brick, concrete, stone, glass, wallboard, framing, finishing lumber, roofing materials, plumbing, plumbing fixtures, wiring and insulation, but excludes materials whose removal has been required prior to demolition.
