1325.14 EXEMPTIONS.
   The moving of any building subject to the regulations found in this chapter shall be exempt from such regulations for use in the following:
   (a)   The Pumpkin Show;
   (b)   Retail merchants sales; and
   (c)   The Santa Claus House.
