1325.06 BOND FOR EXPENSE TO CITY.
   Before a permit to move a building is issued, a cash bond of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) shall be deposited with the City to cover any minor damage to City or private property or additional fees incurred during the move. Such cash bond is to be deposited with the City Auditor. It shall be released when the permittee has complied with all of the provisions of this chapter.
