(a) A permit to move a building shall not be issued unless the application is approved and all required information has been furnished and all conditions have been performed by the applicant.
(b) Within thirty days after issuance of the permit, the house or building must be moved or the permit will be void, unless an extension of time is granted by the Public Safety Director because of an act of God, a strike or an appeal.
(c) All buildings being moved in the City shall be moved off of the streets within eight hours. Any permit holder allowing a building to remain on any City street in excess of eight hours shall pay an additional fee for each hour or fraction thereof.
