As used in this chapter:
(a) "Building" means a structure designed, built or occupied as a shelter or roofed enclosure for persons, animals or property and which is used for residential, business, mercantile, storage, commercial, industrial assembly, education or recreational purposes. A structure of the following dimensions or less shall not fall within this definition: eight feet, zero inches by ten feet, zero inches.
(b) "Person" means a person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
