No building hereinafter erected within the fire limit shall be roofed and no building already erected therein shall be reroofed, unless the same be with Class "A" roof covering or Class "B" roof covering, which are effective against fire exposures. The classes of roof covering are those referred to by the Underwiters' Laboratories Inc., in their "Building Materials List" dated January 1969 and shall be deemed prima-facie evidence of conformity of the roofing materials.
