All lands lying within the following described boundaries shall constitute the Fire Limit Zone:
Beginning with the center of the intersection of South Pickaway Street and East Mound Street, thence in a westerly direction to the center of Western Avenue, thence in a northerly direction to the center of Grape Alley, thence in an easterly direction to the center of North Scioto Street, thence in a northerly direction to the center of the intersection at Pinkney Street, thence in an easterly direction to the center of Watt Street, thence in an easterly direction on Watt Street to the center of North Pickaway Street intersection, thence in a southerly direction on North Pickaway Street to South Pickaway Street, thence to the center of East Mound Street, the place of beginning.
