(a) No person shall commence or proceed with the installation or alteration of any plumbing equipment in or about any building in the City without first obtaining from the Building Department, a permit to do such work.
(b) Fees. The fees for installing or altering plumbing in any commercial structure shall be as follows:
(1) Permits shall not be required for repairs or replacements exempted from tests under Section 4101:2-51-77 of the Ohio Administrative Code.
(2) The fees for altering or installing of plumbing relating to commercial structures shall be as follows:
Application fee - Fifty dollars ($50.00).
Per fixture fee - Fifteen dollars ($15.00) times number of fixtures.
Plan review fee - 1-20 fixtures, forty dollars ($40.00); 21-40 fixtures, sixty dollars ($60.00); 41-60 fixtures, eighty dollars ($80.00); 61-100 fixtures, one hundred dollars ($100.00); and 100 fixtures or more, one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
