All approved plans, specifications and other papers filed with the application for permit shall be so stamped or endorsed by the Building Inspector. One approved set shall be returned to the applicant for a permit. The stamped copy shall be kept at the building or work site until the project has been completed. True copies of all drawings, specifications, and statements shall become public records. All plans must be approved or rejected in writing within thirty (30) days of submission to the Building Department.
