1305.011 ENFORCEMENT.

The Chief Building Official and his/her designees are hereby authorized to enforce and place penalty as instructed by the Circleville Residential Building Code and the Residential Code of Ohio 1, 2 and 3 Family Dwelling Code, 2006 Edition, and Appendix G of the Residential Code of Ohio 1, 2 and 3 Family Dwelling Code 2004 Edition as attached and made a part of this chapter.
