The proposed revised rates of the fees adopted by the Policy Committee to be levied under Ohio R.C. 3734.57(B)(1) to (3) upon the disposal at a solid waste disposal facility located in the District of solid wastes are hereby approved, those fees being as follows:
(a) Sixty cents ($0.60) for the disposal of each cubic yard of solid wastes generated within the District, the disposal of which is made at a solid waste disposal facility located in the District;
(b) One dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) for the disposal of each cubic yard of solid wastes generated outside the boundaries of the District, but inside the State of Ohio, the disposal of which is made at a solid waste disposal facility located in the District; and
(c) One dollar and eighty cents ($1.80) for the disposal of each cubic yard of solid wastes generated outside the boundaries of the State of Ohio, the disposal of which is made at a solid waste disposal facility located in the District.
