943.09 COMMUNICATION TO RESIDENTS.

The Chief of the Circleville Emergency Medical Service and/or the Advisory Board shall from time to time communicate to the citizens the times and kinds of services available, educating the public as to the methods of operation of the service and for any and all other reasons deemed appropriate.
