943.07 WORKER’S COMPENSATION COVERAGE.

The City shall provide coverage for the emergency medical technicians and public safety vehicle operators in accordance with the requirements of the Ohio Bureau of Worker’s Compensation. The Chief shall certify to the Auditor, as required, the required information regarding membership.
