943.01 CREATION.

There is hereby created a City Emergency Medical Service as defined in Ohio R.C. 3303.08 et seq., to be known as the “Circleville Emergency Medical Services”. This entity shall provide such emergency medical services as authorized by applicable law and in accordance with rules and regulations that may be promulgated from time to time by the City.
