(a) All parks of the city under the care, management and control of the Circleville City Park Board shall be closed at dusk and opened at dawn each day, unless posted otherwise.
(b) No person shall be permitted, remain, stop or park within the confines of any part of a park or any other open space under the jurisdiction of the City Park Board, including without limitation, roadways and parking areas, from dusk until dawn each day.
(c) Persons participating in a scheduled league under the direction of the Circleville City Park Board or members of groups who have reserved facilities beyond normal operating hours are permitted in the parks after dusk.
