927.11 EXEMPTIONS.

No water supplied by the Department of Public Utilities for extinguishing fires, or otherwise furnished or supplied to fire hydrants, shall be used to determine any user charge as set forth in this chapter. No water furnished from a cistern to any premises shall be subject to the user charges as set forth in this chapter.
