925.191 BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES.

The Superintendent is hereby authorized and may develop Best Management Practices (BMPs), in individual, general, or temporary wastewater discharge permits. Best Management Practices may be used when there is a insufficient flow from a permitted or category of permitted Users to obtain a representative sample, or when the BMP is clearly the most feasible method for regulating the pollutant of concern.
