(e) Implement of Backflow Prevention Inspection and Testing Fee, to cover the administrative cost associated with the Backflow Prevention Device, at $15.00 per submittal. An additional $15.00 fee will be added in the event a second reminder notice is necessary.
(f) Where bulk water sales are provided either through a fire hydrant or unmetered service line, the charge shall be as follows:

(i) The water charges as herein defined shall be placed in effect and shall apply to all connections rendered at the earliest period allowed by law for 2020 increases, and annually thereafter.
