Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor upon the first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for any violation subsequent to a prior conviction. If the offender's actions result in injury to a person, a violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor of the second degree. Each time a violation continues or occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
