The grantee shall maintain throughout the term of the franchise a policy or policies of liability insurance covering the grantee, which shall name the City as an additional insured, in amounts no less than the following, and with such deductibles as are ordinary and reasonable in keeping with industry standards:
(a) Comprehensive General Liability. Combined single limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000); and
(b) Comprehensive Automobile Liability. Combined single limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000).
