(a) No person shall construct, install, provide, equip or extensively alter a public swimming pool until the plans therefor have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Ohio Department of Health in accordance with Ohio R.C. 3701.18.
(b) A complete set of approved plans and specifications must be submitted along with the application for a permit, on any new or extensively altered public pool, on or after May 1 of the same year.
(c) The provisions of Regulations 3745-3-02 through 3745-3-05 of the Ohio Administrative Code relating to the submission of plans and specifications for proposed water supply, sewerage and sewage disposal plumbing, drainage and sanitary equipment shall apply to public swimming pools.
