A permit to operate a public swimming pool may be suspended or revoked by the Board of Health upon violation by the permittee of any of the provisions of this chapter. However, such suspension or revocation shall not take place until the permittor has first notified the permittee in writing, called specific attention to the violation and afforded a reasonable time and opportunity for satisfactory corrections to be made.
