737.04 PERMIT ISSUANCE.

(a) On or before May 1 of each year, every operator of a public swimming pool proposing to operate a public swimming pool during any part of the year shall procure a permit from the Board of Health.

(b) Any person who, subsequent to May 1 of any year, proposes to operate a public swimming pool during any remaining part of the year shall procure a permit from the Board of Health before the pool is opened.
