(a) Whenever a taxicab is found by the Taxicab Board, at a hearing of which the owner shall have had at least three days’ notice and at which he has a chance to be heard, not to be in a safe and sanitary operating condition or not to comply fully with all the requirements specified herein, the Board shall suspend or revoke the Taxicab Operating License of the taxicab concerned.
(b) For the purpose of determining the condition of any taxicab, as herein provided, the owner of such taxicab shall present it for inspection at such time and place as may be designated by the Secretary of the Board. (Ord. 10-59-2002. Passed 10-1-02.)
