733.08 SOLICITING PATRONAGE AND CRUISING RESTRICTIONS.
   (a)   No taxicab driver shall solicit patronage while on the streets, except in front of the taxicab stands as established in Section 733.13.
   (b)   No driver of any taxicab shall cruise such taxicab on the streets.
