721.07 COURT INJUNCTION FOR VIOLATION.
   Whenever the Director of Law of the City is of the opinion that a junkyard is being operated or maintained in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, he may apply, in the name of the City, to a court of competent jurisdiction, alleging the violation complained of and praying for an injunction or other proper relief. In such case, the court may order such junkyard abated as a nuisance or make such other order as may be proper. An action brought under this section shall not be deemed to be a bar to a prosecution under Section 721.99.
