711.05 RETENTION OF ARTICLES BY DEALER.

All second-hand articles purchased or received by any dealer in second-hand articles shall be held by such dealer for a period of 15 days after being purchased or acquired, unless the disposition of such articles shall be sooner authorized by the written permission of the Division of Police.
