549.12 CRIMINAL USE OF STUN GUN PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall knowingly use any stun gun in attempting or committing any criminal offense, or in fleeing immediately after such attempt or offense.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
