501.14 PER DIEM CHARGE FOR JAIL USE.
   (a)   There shall be a charge of thirty dollars ($30.00) per diem for holding all prisoners in the Circleville City Jail.
   (b)   The governmental entity of the arresting agency shall be responsible for all medical costs incurred during the time a prisoner is incarcerated in the Circleville City Jail.
