The Mayor, or his designee, is hereby authorized to designate any streets within the City which are set forth on snow emergency posted areas, on which parking shall be prohibited during snow emergencies. Such snow emergency shall continue in effect until the Mayor, or his designee, determines that an emergency no longer exists and accordingly terminates such emergency. (Ord. 12-67-2008.
