353.09 HOURS OF OPERATION.

Parking meters and non-metered parking spaces provided for herein shall be enforced on Monday through Friday of each week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., provided, however, that Saturdays, Sundays and Legal holidays shall be excluded.
